A ruby set at the centre of a diamond halo, suspended from the Milano Link chain.
The medallion is built outward from the stone. The halo is graduated, with larger diamonds at the outer edge stepping down toward the centre, which pushes the eye inward and makes the centre stone read larger than it measures. The reverse is finished and openworked so light passes through the setting rather than dead-ending in solid metal.
